It gives me great pleasure to dedicate today’s “Magical Monday” blog to Todd and Stacy Shapiro.
Who would have ever thought a few years ago I would meet our Las Vegas bride in a nail salon in Bakersfield!
When Stacy called me almost a year after later to tell me she was engaged and she wanted to hire us. I was thrilled to meet with her. We began planning all of the details of her wedding right away. She had an amazing vision for their special day.
Well a year later Todd and Stacy’s wedding will forever be one of my favorites. Yes it was at a beautiful place and yes Stacy was a beautiful bride, yes we had a blast with our team of Bakersfield vendors that made the trip with us, (Valdphye and LoveStruck) yes we were treated so nicely, yes the venue was amazing. However it was not one of my favorites for all of those reasons. It was one of my favorites because Todd and Stacy were the most kind and generous couple I have ever met. They were more worried about their guests than themselves. We had so many surprises to roll out to the guests it was a blast to be a part of each surprise, Elvis, Show Girls and even a Umpa Lumpa and so much more.
Thank you Todd and Stacy for allowing Fairy Godmother to be a part of your BEAUTIFUL day. Congratulations on your 1 year Anniversary and on your beautiful little boy. Fairy Godmother can’t wait to plan his first birthday!
