Today we’re featuring a longtime member of the Fairy Godmother team – Leticia. She has been a part of the fairy family since 2011. Leticia was working full-time but needed to find something that would keep her busy in her off time. Being a big advocate for LOVE herself, she googled wedding planners in her area and came across Fairy Godmother.

Leticia has done it all with Fairy Godmother. From Wedding Day Management, and Full Planning Day, to countless events over the years. Her “can-do” attitude is what makes her such a valuable asset to our team. Her ability to problem-solve and get the job done is a true talent she utilizes. Leticia will adapt quickly to any situation and can relax any bride in the most stressful situation. Leticia is such an outstanding assistant she became Colleen’s Lead Assistant after she went full-time teaching students. Leticia is always three steps ahead of the producer and knows what they need before being asked.
Leticia obtained her bachelor’s degree in political science and decided to continue her education and pursue being a teacher. She is now in her seventh year of teaching and is thrilled she made the leap. Leticia teaches 2nd grade and enjoys seeing her students have “Ah-ha moments.” She’s always there for her students no matter how big or small and loves to make a difference in their lives.
Leticia’s favorite style of wedding is a whimsical style, much like the twilight wedding. She loves the moody and woodsy feel. She was thrilled to be able to style a wedding for one of her brides with this look and turned the backyard into an enchanted forest with an abundance of twinkle lights. It turned out STUN-NING.
In Leticia’s free time you can find her spending time with her family and loved ones. She’s dating a great guy who’s in law enforcement and they have five fur babies. Leticia also enjoys cooking, but better yet going out to eat.
