For this month’s featured vendor, we’re going to be chatting with one of our preferred Bakersfield Florists – Bloom by Bridget Cunningham. Q: What day did you start your business?
A: My business launched in September 2017.
Q: What inspired you to open your business?
A: Funny story. I had always done small floral projects for my Church and a friend of mine asked me to coffee on a random weekend and asked me to do the flowers for her wedding. I just loved the creativity of the whole event.
Q: What do you love about being in the wedding and event industry?
A: I love meeting new people and the excitement of bringing a vision to life!
Q: What is a new trend that you see in your business?
A: I’m seeing modern chic and a new twist to traditional design for events.
Q: What is it you love about florals?
A: I love the creativity and inspiration of florals. It’s my absolute favorite when everything comes together!
Q: Tell us about your experience working with Fairy Godmother Events.
A: Working with Fairy Godmother is such a fun time! I’ve been so blessed to work with such an incredible group of women. They have been so gracious to me and made every event so fun. They have the utmost professionalism and creativity. It’s an honor to work alongside them!
