This package is our most popular it is for our distinguished client with a demanding schedule. Planning your wedding can be a full-time job. Why not relax and enjoy? By hiring Fairy Godmother, you won’t relinquish control of your event, but you will be freed of the time-consuming legwork it takes to make it happen.
Plan, design and execute your event, budget-plan, set-up, wedding day management, and so much more. We will start from the very beginning and see the vision through to the very end.

This package offers:
Before the Event
Initial meeting to get an overview of wishes, colors and desires
Meeting to review all services contracted by the client
Help with ambience design — including floor plan, flowers, décor, lighting and more
Catering and menu development
Unlimited communication via email and phone
Provide vendor recommendations
Arrange appointments with professional vendors – attend final meetings as needed
Review all your vendor contracts and contact vendors to confirm details
Offer discounted vendor for your invitations and thank you notes (select vendor)
Will work closely with the invitation designer in creating your invitations and thank-you cards
Entertainment suggestions
Offer discounted D.J. and lighting (select vendor)
Offer discounted photo booth vendor (select vendor)
Meet with ceremony and reception site to coordinate details
Seating arrangements assistance
Assist with designing of map direction
Coordination and ordering of all rental items including: tables, linens, flatware, glasses, lounge furniture, custom dance floors, etc.
Planning the arrival and pick-up time of all rentals and deliveries
Create a detailed itinerary, contact sheet and map for the event vendors
Prime contact/liaison between the vendors and clients
Coordinate all details and timing with the D.J. and photographer
Assist with all details and timeline at the venue
Continuous update of details and payments between professionals and client
Budget planning and bookkeeping – including due dates
One to Two Weeks before the Event
Set up final event meetings with vendors
Personally contact each vendor “event week” to ensure their contracted services
Distribute final payments to vendors
Event Day
Place all linens
Set-up all silverware, glasses, plates
Place décor items, guest favors and menu cards
Arrange escort card table (pre-alphabetized by client)
Confirm table numbers and chairs
Distribute gratuities to vendors and other service providers
Arrive at venue site, to check on details and décor
Provide an event day emergency kit
Provide two-way radios for the coordination team
Event Day coordination with no less than two coordinators (one lead and one assistant)

Day after the Event
Arrange for pick-up of all rental items

Partial Planning and Wedding Day Management
For the bride who may have already completed part of her planning and needs help with décor, set-up and day-of. This package allows the bride a hands-on role in planning with our professional assistance to guide her.
Starting at $2,697 (pricing is customized based on guest count and level of detail etc.)
This package offers:
Initial meeting to review all services contracted by the bride. Unlimited communication via email and phone
Provide vendor recommendations
Review all your vendor contracts and contact vendors to confirm details
Up to two in-person meetings at the ceremony and reception site to coordinate details
Create a detailed itinerary, contact sheet and distribute to all vendors
Prime contact/liaison between the vendors and clients
Assist with all details and timeline at the reception: bride/groom entrance, first dances, cake cutting, bouquet and garter toss, etc.
Coordinate with the bride a rehearsal sheet for attendants timing on wedding day
Attend, direct and assist at rehearsal up to 1 hour
All wedding items-book, pen, portrait, cake knife, toasting glasses, programs, etc. to appropriate places
Arrive at ceremony site, to check on details and décor
Coordinate with the florist – the flower distribution for the ceremony
Assist the ushers with seating of the guests and also ceremony processional
Assist the ceremony officiate
Assist with dressing of bride, attendants and flower distribution
Pin boutonnieres and corsages
Coordinate reception details: Couple entrance and first dance, cake cutting, toasting departure

For the brides that want to plan their wedding themselves, and leave all of the details on the day-of to Fairy Godmother. We provide timelines and advice beforehand to help your wedding day run seamlessly. On the day-of we are responsible for dealing with any issues that may surface such as vendor delays or schedule snafus.

Hotel Accommodations
We require a two-night stay in the same hotel the Client is booked at.
All hotel rooms need to be pre-booked and pre-paid.
