What’s a Fairy Godmother?
What’s a Fairy Godmother? This is one of our most asked questions and we thought it’d be fun to ask our Fairy Godmother’s themselves!

Being a Fairy Godmother means being there to support your bride + groom and client. We are the ones that show up and bring chaos, clarity to confusion, and don’t forget the sparkle! ✨ we use our different abilities, our resources, and our wisdom to guide our clients through a process that otherwise seems daunting. Being a fairy is to be one of many. Where one stands, a team stands behind. I think that is helpful to our clients, to know they may have one of us but we have a team that helps to support and encourage us as well.

To make sure our clients and their families feel like guests on their wedding days. To help any and every vendor that needs it. To do whatever needs to be done no matter if it’s our job or not. To always be two steps ahead while looking unbothered. To be the calm in the chaos and always look poised and professional when chaos is happening. I always picture us being the conductor of an orchestra letting each vendor or instrument know when and what to play.

What being a Fairy Godmother means to me is Someone that will be there for our clients no matter what. Need a listener, that’s me. Need a problem solved, me. Need a teammate or leader, I’ve got it. If a vendor needs an extra pair of hands, where do I go? I want to make sure every client’s event goes according to plan and be the person that everyone will rely on so that at the end of the day not only our clients have a wonderful experience but so do all the vendors and guests. I truly enjoy making a clients dream come true.

To me, being a fairy godmother means being adaptable and resourceful. No matter the situation or the multiple types of personalities you deal with, a fairy is quick on her feet to resolve the problem in a professional, calm, and confident manner. This leaves our clients feeling like we always have things under control and stress free for them and their guests, even when things might not go as planned. Being a fairy also means being a team player. Whether it’s fellow fairies, wedding pros, bridal parties, or families – fairies must be willing to jump in to lend a hand or give/take direction when necessary to keep everything on track and to flow as smoothly as possible. We really are the glue that keeps everything together.

To be a Fairy Godmother means that I get to be a small part of someone’s big day. Many of us dream of our magical days since we were young, so trusting a Fairy Godmother with your special day means the world to me and I treat every event as though it were my own.
My favorite part of every event is being there for our clients through every step of the process and then seeing their reaction to everything on the day of the event.

To be a fairy godmother to me means being there for and when our clients need us. Being there person, they can count on to make the stress go away and make them feel more comfortable about their upcoming wedding. Being a Fairy also goes further than our clients, being a good team player with not only our team but all the event pros that might need an extra hand.
