We love putting special details into every wedding or event that we plan that truly represents the client. At our unicorn ice cream social, we decided to go overboard on the amount of detail because it does make the event that much more personal! Let’s take a look at why details are so important.
To carry out theme.
The theme of an event can be really expressed through the details. Having unicorn cupcakes or making the floral arrangements look like ice cream sundaes, were just two of the ways that our theme was carried out through the unicorn ice cream social. They made for some great photo opportunities!
To correspond vendor looks.
If you have a theme or idea in your head, it is sometimes hard to get all of your event vendors to also have the same thoughts. By adding details like the unicorn paper around the napkins, we were able to ensure our theme was present throughout.
To show your personal style.
Of course, having an extravagant event is a great way to show your personal style. As a company, Fairy Godmother loves to show their style through the little fairy icon. We had little fairy stickers on our ice cream cups and personalized fairy champagne glasses. It was a great way to represent our company.
